Pound Ridge, which was originally settled in the 1640′s, is a town located in Westchester County, New York. Winters here get very cold with temperatures in the 20′s and summers are warm with temperatures reaching the 70′s. The town is home to the Pound Ridge Museum and the Hiram Halle Memorial Library. The Pound Ridge Land Conservancy, which features walking trails, a botanical reserve and The Halle Ravine, and the Pound Ridge Town Park are also located in the town.
