APA North or Air Professional Associates is a group of heating and air conditioning professionals located in North Salem, NY at the crossroads of Rt. 684 & I 84. We offer a vast range of knowledge and experience in the design, installation and service of heating, air conditioning and ventilation for residential and commercial applications. Because of our recent growth, we have recently relocated to an enlarged 6,000 sq. ft. state of the art facility.
We have completed systems ranging in size from small residences of 2,000 sq. ft. to 45,000 sq. ft. including work in a 27,000 sq. ft. residence utilizing a four-pipe chilled and hot water system, radiant heat and snow melting panels, along with a complete Desert-Aire System for the indoor pool building.
On the commercial side, the HVAC design and installation of a 50,000 sq. ft. Self Storage facility utilizing Carrier Hybrid Gas Electric Infinity 15 SEER units operated from a WiFi network is currently in operation.
